Hello! I’m Joey Jones. A young gym rat. I discovered a few years ago that the best place in the world was the gym. So, in an attempt to do god’s work, I started Way-up.blog to spread the good word of the gym.
You can find all sorts around here. Diet reviews, gym tips, health tips, workouts, and guidance. My main goal is just to spread some positivity.

Who Works Here
So who works here? Well, it’s just me, Joey. I write all of my articles by hand. Let me explain a little more about me. For the past 2 years I have been a part time personal trainer. Most of my blog topic ideas come from questions that my clients have actually asked me. You can rest assured I know what I’m talking about.
By the way, I’m also an affiliate. This means if I recommend a product to you and provide a link, I will get a small commission if you purchase it. This comes at no further expense to you. I will also promise that I will spend all money I make on nothing useful.
How I Started
I suppose you don’t want to hear my life story. So, here’s a short story about how this blog started.
When I was 16 Years old all of my friends had jobs, I was the one in his bedroom drinking tea. So in a desperate attempt to make money I tried all sorts of online business. After 6 months of trial and error I found affiliate marketing (which is basically recommending good products to you in exchange of a commission) I quickly realised that this had to work.
Of course, I had to create a blog about fitness, the one true passion of mine.
After 12 months of gruelling hard work and dedication, I had finally created a successful health and fitness blog.
